DANCING IN PORTUGAL

Drawing on European inspiration, it was a traditional Azulejo tile pattern from Portugal that created the basis for 20 looks that range from an emblazoned logo tee to a gown adorned with 13,000 individual Swarovski crystals.

Taking the classic tile pattern and digitally “smashing” it onto a print for his garments, he’s heightened the destructive effect with high-level detailing including fringe, glass beading and sequins alongside Swarovski crystals and metallic hardware.

The collection features a strong colour palette that includes blue grass, metallic gold and leather-look black, white and silver with hints of yolk yellow, several stand out gowns include a sexy Joan Rivers-esque gold foil mini, a frothy teal gown with tier upon tier of ruffled tulle and a white lace mini with metres of beaded fringe.
